Who provides the raw materials?
Our customers provide all raw materials, except for the wax and wick. We can provide recommendations for containers, glass decorators, fragrance houses, and packaging designers.
How do I choose a fragrance?
We do not maintain a stock of fragrances, so you will partner with a fragrance house to select and purchase your fragrance. Then, you can send us your selection(s) to be sampled in candle-form. If you like how the candle smells as it burns, we will test the candle to ensure optimal burn performance.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 500. However, the minimum fragrance quantity is 100. So, to reach the minimum, you could order five different fragrances at 100 pieces each. We offer low minimums per fragrance so that you can test various fragrances in the market without the obstacle of a significant investment.
What is the lead time?
Generally, the order will be ready for pickup within 4-6 weeks upon receipt of all required materials.
